HPA-Global member TSI Group is expanding its Tailored Script® precision nutrition platform into the United States and Australia, bringing individualized supplement formulation and manufacturing capabilities to additional international markets.
Tailored Script is designed to move personalized nutrition beyond product recommendations by enabling supplements to be formulated and manufactured for individual consumers. The platform combines health information, biomarkers, evidence-informed formulation frameworks and AI-assisted analysis with an automated manufacturing and fulfillment system.
According to TSI, the platform uses proprietary precision granules of approximately 3 mm, with individual granules containing accurately measured amounts of specific ingredients. This allows vitamins, minerals, botanicals and other bioactive ingredients to remain separate until they are assembled into an individual’s personalized daily formulation. The technology is designed to address challenges such as ingredient compatibility, stability, dosage accuracy and manufacturing complexity.
TSI says Tailored Script has been under development for several years and was first launched in China in 2021. The company’s own description of the platform says it incorporates its Deep Insight® AI system along with diagnostic data, biomarkers and functional-medicine expertise to support personalization down to the individual, or “N-of-1.”
The latest international expansion includes U.S. precision-nutrition company Biohax and Australian businesses N of 1 and TMRW as launch partners. TSI said it plans to continue selectively expanding the platform globally based on partner capabilities, strategic fit and commitment to personalized nutrition.
What this means for the dietary supplement industry
Personalized nutrition has been discussed by the supplement industry for many years, but one of the major obstacles has been manufacturing individualized products economically and at scale. Tailored Script represents an effort to address that bottleneck by combining health data and AI-supported formulation with automated precision manufacturing.
The U.S. and Australian expansion also demonstrates how personalized nutrition is moving from experimental programs toward commercially scalable business models. For supplement brands, practitioners and ingredient suppliers, platforms capable of manufacturing highly individualized formulas could create new opportunities for differentiated products built around biomarkers, consumer health data and targeted nutritional interventions.
